I had a great experience at this CBD shop! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I came in looking for something to help with my pain, and Ellen took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the different options without making me feel rushed or pressured. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind throughout the entire visit. I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciated the excellent customer service. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Ellen if you need guidance!

Love this place! Super convenient and close to my apartment and gives a warm family-owned vibe! The owners really care about customer service and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I purchased a vape from them two weeks ago. They don't carry disposable carts so you have to purchase the entire unit. It stopped working. When I took it back in, instead of offering an exchange, gave me a physically difficult method of getting it back working. Involved more air pressure from my lungs than I have in me every time I want to smoke. It's unusable. Poor quality product, and poor customer service. Out $75. Buy elsewhere.
In response to the store's response: Thanks, but you should have offered the exchange at the time I was there. Your response here is too slow. I posted this over a month ago. It was thrown away along with the $75 I donated for nothing in exchange at your store. You're store is not going to get very far if this is your attention to the customer. There are lots of competitors out there now for buying these things, and you sell less than effective/functional products with no back up to the product's quality.

Tried this store for the first time last Saturday. Good variety and staff was super friendly. I will be back. Looner Dew is really good!
