The best! I had an extraction done by Dr. Patel, she and the assistant did a phenomenal job! I was terrified, and I mean Terrified! They were so patient and kind, it was relieving to have them treat me with such understanding. The procedure was painless, and I had no troubles afterwards with healing. I definitely overreacted! Thank you for the amazing care!!!

This dentist office blew me away! From the first phone call, the receptionist was kind and efficient. My hygienist was very attentive and thorough. My Dentist is Doctor Gladwish and she was amazing! I had to have a crown and it was painless and dare I say comfortable, the chair and everything in the office is very modern and chic. She has such a gentle touch, she and her assistant worked together like a well oiled machine very talented and professional.

Just got my braces off and my teeth look great. I recommend Dr. Gladwish to everyone I know looking for a dentist. She's not only good at what she does and truly cares about the end result, but she is also always positive and cheerful which makes going to the dentist much easier. Highly recommend.

Please get everything in writing before you get any work done. I was told I needed two crowns and was assured by the office that my dual insurance would cover them. After the work was completed, I was billed $650 — only to find out the pre-authorization for coverage had actually been denied months earlier. Northstar submitted it, never told me about the denial, and then resubmitted the same paperwork multiple times after the work was done. Each time, it was denied again. When I called to question it, the office refused to take responsibility, saying they “can’t manage every dual-insurance situation.” Their only solution was to offer to transfer my records elsewhere. Please learn from my experience — always double-check with your insurance company directly and get everything in writing before agreeing to any treatment here.

From the first time I called everyone was so nice and informative. Answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment the next day. The doctor and staff was sooo nice and helpful. I now have a new dental treatment place. Would highly recommend.👍😄. Had to add on to this review. I came in today for a crown. In all the years I have been getting crowns new one's or one replaced I have never had the process go so smooth and same day. Dr. Gladwish did a wonderful job. The assistant's that helped made the process go easy also. Again everyone is so nice. Thank you. Today I had a crown done and a cavity fixed. This was all done in one day. Everything went so smooth and done in approximately one hour and forty five minutes no pain at all. Dr. Bija and her assistant were so nice and did a wonderful job. All I have to say is Amazing. Again everyone so nice.👍🙂

Friendly staff, comfortable and newer waiting area, and was able to accomodate a new pt with a cavity within hrs which is huge when your teen is in pain!. Last but not least a financial option for payments with 0% interest when your insurace only pays a portion.

I can’t say enough good things about Northstar Family Dentistry! After a horrible experience with a prior dentist that left me in pain, the doctors here were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix my tooth. I felt almost instant relief after they treated me. The entire team was incredibly calming and caring. They took the time to ease my anxiety, thoroughly explained everything, and answered every single question I had without rushing me.
