Excellent job done by Craig today. New gas boiler fitted in one day with minimum disruption to our household. Everything kept clean and tidy and inspected after completion with full explanation of the new boiler system. Well done to this young efficient and very friendly company 10 out of 10.

Very good communication via email and text to make an appointment for a boiler service. Turned up exactly on time, friendly and informative plus very impressed that they use foot covers in the house without being asked. Knew their stuff and J will definitely use them again.

From day of booking a boiler service we have received nothing but excellent service. Chris confirmed our booking with date and time and Kevin arrived on time.We were concerned regarding the age of our boiler and a problem with the heating, but once Kevin did his first inspection he reassured us that we had a minor problem and rectified it immediately. New Boiler 5* service! Boiler started leaking in February. Kevin came out to see what he could do, but after discussions, we decided it was best to change the unit rather than to chase repairs. Today, (17th March) the knight returned to fit the new boiler. Polite and cheerful as ever. Got the job done in the morning. No mess, no drama, just expertise, patience and fantastic service. Thanks so much for sorting the situation
