They were incredibly fast, professional, and effective. Once the installation was done, they took the time to walk me through the entire system, clearly explaining how it works, setting up the wireless connectivity, and showing me how to use the smart apps.

Had an old floor mounted boiler replaced with a combi boiler.
From meeting the team initially for them to check out work required and quote me they were very professional and knowledgeable.
They arrived everyday on time as agreed and carried out all work to a high standard and we're very respectful with my property.
The install was explained in depth, so knew exactly what I was getting and once completed I was instructed on operation of the boiler and controls, so knew exactly how to operate.
I would highly recommend this company, and certainly will be using there services again in the future. It reassuring to find a good reliable trades company.

Craig & Kevin fitted a new boiler in quite an awkward space for me, which involved having to use a cherry picker – so not the standard fitting! They were friendly, efficient, tidy and I would 100% recommend them.

My wife and I have had a very positive experience dealing with North Somerset Heating. They installed a new heating system whilst we were away as it fitted in with our circumstance, and when we came back everything had been completed and our home was left very clean with no rubbish left behind.
Kevin spent time showing us how the system worked and nothing was too much trouble, he would take time answering any questions we had.
We have now taken out the service contract as well.

Absolutely fabulous, fantastic service from start to finish. Came round and diagnosed the faults with my current boiler. We discussed the options and in the end I went with the install of a new boiler. Everything went swimmingly no issues what so ever. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

Last month, Craig and Kevin from North Somerset Plumbing and Heating Ltd installed a new combi boiler in my house.
Every aspect of their work, from the initial assessment of the job to its completion, was extremely professional.
There was attention to detail at every step of the process. For example, reminders of when they were due to arrive to begin the job were sent via text, which was very helpful.
Both Craig and Kevin were focussed and efficient in completing the work. It was finished to a high standard and their knowledge and expertise was evident. I appreciated that both engineers were considerate, polite and respectful throughout the process and that everything was left super clean and tidy.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a heating and plumbing engineer. It is obvious that Kevin and Craig really care about providing a top notch service to their customers.

Excellent 5 Star service. From arranging the appointment to completing the service. I can honestly say, that in the last 40 year's, Kevin was one of the best engineers I have dealt with. He was very polite, and after asking numourous boiler related questions which were promptly and efficiently answered, it is evident he is experienced and knowledgeable. Job was completely quickly and in an orderly manner.

Had an emergency call out due to a leaking old lead gas line. Traced it back and Kevin from NSH came to cap the line. He came same day and fixed the problem, and made good getting rid of any dodgy 70's pipe connections. Price was very reasonable considering the short notice. Would recommend 👍

Reliable, responsive company. We have used their services more than once as they are good.
Had problem with the boilers diversion valve causing intermittent problems. North Somerset heating gave us a price, booked the repair and did the work.
We used them for the yearly service. Found them more reliable than Valent the boiler manufacturer.
