I have had nothing but great experiences here. They are so great with my children. They are gentle and take the time to explain what they need to do to my children, who in the past had terrible experiences with previous dental office. I would highly recommend Northside Family Dentistry to anyone in the area who is looking for Dental care.
Called to make an appointment. I have some of the best insurance- through the Union and they don't accept it. Which means that don't accept blue collar patients- that is a large part of our community and our state. It's a shame.
Update:
After posting the review above this office called me back to explain the reason they don't take our insurance is because they don't get PAID enough from the insurance company. This is in my eyes not acceptable either. I can understand that insurance is a pain and don't pay providers enough, but this is also to make sure that providers don't overcharge patients on procedures too. So calling me back about this review to tell me and to argue with me about why my insurance is not accepted is still not professional. I hope any Union members that see this know- they don't support your insurance becuase they don't get paid enough to take it
Crown
Went in for 6 month check up. All staff was knowledgeable and professional. Went in to days later for a crown. Same experience. I dealt with with 4 staff member. Dentist, 2 hygienist, office worker. All were very nice. This is definitely my new, permanent dental office.

Staff is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond to comfort each patient. Dr Hough does amazing work and very thoughtful. I’m extremely grateful to have found such a wonderful group. Highly recommend.
