Dr. Neff and her staff are extremely competent, friendly, caring and professional. I have had crowns, fillings, and cleanings done by her and the staff, and I could not be happier with the results. I was referred here by the VA. Trying to get an appointment is like pulling nails. They don't communicate well. I scheduled an appointment only to have it canceled because they don't have providers.

Our primary provider has been out on medical leave, and while we’ve been grateful for the wonderful doctors who have stepped in to help us continue caring for patients, staffing has at times been a challenge. This place is very disappointing. For the longest time they've been short a hygienist and they rescheduled my follow-up cleaning 8 months instead of six months. 2 months after my last cleaning. I just received a text saying that I owe them $130 for a routine cleaning which is 100% covered by my insurance. I come to find out that they no longer are preferred on the insurance that I was preferred on the previous cleaning and they had not bothered to say anything. This place puts their own greed over the care of their patients. They can't keep enough hygienist employed and they have unethical business practices knowing that their insurance that they deal with has changed but they don't think enough to inform the patient until after care is given.

We also apologize for any confusion about insurance coverage. While we do our best to help, we are not able to manage or guarantee details of each individual plan. Coverage specifics are determined by the insurance company directly and unfortunately not us.

I am very happy with my visits to Northside Dental. Dr Neff and her staff are very thorough and pleasant! The Dental Hygienist does a pain free gentle cleaning! They make it an easy and enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!

Initially, I had a cancellation because the dentist was ill. I was scheduled a week later. Two days later they called And stated they had a cancellation, would I like to have it. The front staff, The dental assistant and the dentist were very thorough. My previous dentist, Dr. Compton, made the referral when he decided to retire. So far so good.
