My mum recently used Ascot Plumbing & Heating Ltd and was extremely pleased with the service she received. They arrived exactly when they said they would, carried out the work to an excellent standard, and were professional and friendly throughout. The workmanship was first-class, everything was left clean and tidy, and the price was very fair. It's great to find a company that is reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work. My mum would happily use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Highly recommended.

I discovered on Saturday evening that I had no hot water, the water heater had failed due to a blown fuse , and the socket was completely burnt out. After contacting my landlord, I heard from Waqar. I sent him photos of the damaged fuse etc. He promised to be with me by lunchtime Sunday, he actually arrived just after 11am. A very charming young man, with a good sense of humour, and an easy manner. He got the job done, very clean and tidy. And I now have hot water, so I won't have to have another cold shower tomorrow morning! All in all an excellent service.

Got recommended by family and I can see why. Waqar was friendly, polite, and came within the hour after my boiler broke down. Glad we could get it sorted. These Worcester Bosch boiler issues can look worse than they are, so it’s always worth a proper diagnosis before jumping to a full boiler replacement.
We found the fault and repaired itno upsell, just honest boiler repair.

Very good plumber, knows what he’s doing and always comes and sorts any issues out for me. No job is too big for this man, highly recommended. Sorted my leak out coming from the kitchen ceiling coming from tank pipe that was hidden above so recommended to replace it with a new pipe and cap the other one off so there was no damage to the wall or ceiling. Very happy with the service! He’s done a few tower jobs for me too like sorting a boiler leak out and radiator leak.

Just wanted to leave a review for Ascot Plumbing. I called them at around 10am on Sunday morning and they answered right away, run through some questions to find out the issue at hand then said they would pop round. They arrived at our property within the hour and managed to diagnose the issue and find the exact part that needs replacing. Which they stated they could get hold of the same day. At around 6:45pm they turned back up and had the part replaced within 45 minutes. Really good service and Waqar was really pleasant to speak with throughout getting it fixed. Would recommend!
