Our damage was to a bed-sitter I rent from my sister Emily Austin. I was expecting a total nightmare. Instead I was able to work with every member of the clean-up crew as if they were people I knew. Each of them was ALWAYS polite, considerate, and professional. They worked hard and accomplished what we needed to have done. My memory doesn't work anymore, and I'm sure that I can't list everyone who was here, but I can tell you that the Crew Chief was Viviana and crew members included Abie, Evelin, Carlos and Jeremiah. We had a flooded kitchen due to a dishwasher failure. We called Paul Davis and Michael Hamilton was immediately on it. He and his team are absolutely incredible! They took care of the water damage, cabinet repair, flooring replacement and repainted to match our kitchen. These guys are top notch and Michael's knowledge, professionalism, and skills are unmatched! I never want to deal with a flood again but if I did, I would call these guys in a second!

I recently had Paul Davis Restoration perform an ozone treatment in my staging warehouse after a fire broke out in the unit behind mine. I was worried the smoke would impact my furniture and inventory. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The process was explained clearly, the treatment was completed efficiently, and most importantly the smoke odors is completely gone. My warehouse feels fresh and ready for use again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing fire restoration or odor removal.

My experience exceeded my expectations with Paul Davis Restoration. They answered the phone during weekend hours, and once we described, what had happened, they had a crew deployed to our house within hours. Their team from start to finish was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and very communicative. They took time to explain the process, and their team was very empathetic throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, we have had a water damage loss before, and I can tell you from experience the restorative experts you partner with matter. AB, Carlos and Jeremiah were so pleasant to work with on our tear out restoration project in our house. They worked efficiently and tirelessly for the three days to get everything done and ready for the rebuild team to start. AB answered all our questions, whether or not they made sense and was quick to explain why they were doing some things and not doing others. Hopefully we will never need this type of work done again, but if we do, I hope it is the same crew again or at least one as good as them. I don't think we could get a better one.
