I suffer from various back related issues due to a fairly sedentary job and poor posture. I was already being treated by Joseph for my upper back and neck and then one day I suffered a lower back spasm after sitting at my desk for 12 hours. I went in being barely able to walk and came out feeling like a new man. Joseph is extremely knowledgable and professional in his approach, and his ability to manipulate a man significantly heavier than himself is also commendable. I will try to follow Joseph's recommendations for addressing my poor posture, but no doubt I will be back again in the future. I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough.

This is the first time I have used a chiropractor and I am so pleased my google search landed on Joseph. I have now had three sessions and each one has produced great results and I am recovering so quickly. The impressive thing is is that I appear to be resolving more than just my lower back issue. The session is a great mix of assessment, manipulation, massage stretch, exercises and recommendation. Joseph has a great, calm manner and I will definitely return again.

Having suffered 15 years with a diagnosed lower back herniation and a middle back problem that was basically ignored by the doctors I'd pretty much given up on ever getting any better. It was always the same solution from the NHS, pain killers and anti inflammatorys. After a particularly bad spell left me off work I tried Duston chiropractors. At the suggestion of a friend. What Joseph has done for me in 3 visits so far has been nothing short of brilliant. I've been able to return to work. I've regained proper mobility and no longer require painkillers everyday. I cannot recommend him highly enough

After my first visit to Joseph at Duston chiropractic clinic everything was explained in simple detail regarding what I had done to my back, then after the first session my pain was much reduced and my movement much better after my second session I was back working. I would recommend anybody with lower back pain to visit Joseph at the clinic, he recommended a catch up visit every 4 to 6 weeks to keep my back supple, All’s going well

Excellent service. I was initially sceptical about seeing a Chiropractor. But after suffering with severe lower back pain, my daughter persuaded to try. After a few sessions, the back pain was relieved. These guys work wonders. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Joseph. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly specialist. I went to see him on a friend’s recommendation, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Joseph helped relieve my muscle tension and realigned my pelvis, which corrected the difference in the length of my legs. I highly recommend Duston chiropractic clinic. I first saw Joseph several years ago and inbetween then and starting my treatment with him again I have seen other chiropractors but nothing compared. I now travel 35 minutes to visit Joseph. I have suffered with neck problems and he has been the only person to successfully treat and give me relief. Joseph is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, he explains everything! (this is a great comfort for myself with health anxiety) I highly recommend Joseph and certainly won't be going anywhere else again!
