A cable on our garage door snapped late at night. I contacted norms the next day and they were able to get somebody out the same day. Service was quick efficient and done went very well. We have ordered a garage door through them in our waiting, it’s installation so far service has been excellent.

Best repair people in the area.
Wonderful people who came out the same day to fix my broken garage door. Im disabled so having a working door is something super important for my safety. They fixed it quickly and advised me on replacement in the future. This is my first time owning a home and I had no idea about any of this stuff.
They were also extremely patient when my card wouldn't work and both of my dogs thought barking was the best thing ever.
Truly impeccable service. Quick and less expensive than anywhere else.

They called ahead before arriving, and once they got here, we discussed exactly what was going to be done. After the installation was complete, they took the time to walk me through how the new garage door opener works and explained the different options and features. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Great experience from start to finish!

Update!! Chris came the same morning I called and was nice and helpful. My door wasn't balanced and had partly fallen off the track. This was 2 days after they had originally came. He got everyone put back together and answered all the questions. The business customer service was also great to work with. They made sure everything was working correctly and even credited me from the previous work.
**Original-Technician showed up and stated working without notifying me. He reset the travel and said it was fixed which I knew wasn't the problem since I had already done that myself. When I showed him it was still not working he told me that I needed a new opener. I was changed for the work he did but if he had told me he was here I could have told him that wasn't the problem. I also thought the service charge would be all I was charged unless more work was needed which was what I told when I scheduled but was changed $127 for work that didn't need done. They got an extra star cause they did come on a Saturday and the customer service when I called to schedule was super nice.
