As there was no rush to have the repair done, the timing was not important but Mordik kept me informed of the process and time lines for the service. Once it was scheduled Luke showed up as scheduled and completed the work quickly and well.

I had a window replacement done today by Nordik Windows & Doors for a leaking picture window in my kitchen, and I’m very satisfied with the service.
The Service Tech (installer), Berkay, was extremely professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the job. He took great care to protect the surrounding area, especially the kitchen sink, and ensured everything was well covered during the work.
The installation was completed efficiently, and both sides of the new window glass were cleaned thoroughly. He also took the time to carefully clean up all packaging materials and remove the old window, leaving the area spotless. He was patient and helpful in answering all my questions. Overall, a very positive experience and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

Nordik did a great job installing our new sliding patio door. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the workspace clean throughout the install. The workman that came and replaced the door was outstanding, friendly knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked efficiently. As for the door he replaced which came dented the second time - this one also has flaws in it. Almost like it was hit with a saw blade, missing paint on the edge of the door along the door handle which was very disappointing as this is the third door.

Great start with Arissa, our sales representative. She was amazing and was very clear and articulate about Nordiks products. She definitely sold the product well and provided great support after purchase.
I am also very pleased with the work completed by Maks and his two colleagues. They were professional, respectful, and finished the installation much faster than I anticipated.
I especially appreciated their professionalism when dealing with a rude neighbor; despite the difficult interaction, the team remained very respectful.
We also ended up keeping some windows, door, and the storm door. The team took extra care with these items to ensure they remain in good condition for our future use.
