#BEWARE#If I could give a 0 I would!!! These people came into my house I trusted they would do a good job how wrong was I, they were fully paid and left a disaster behind them with readings of carbon monoxide 3800 which Calor has had to completely switch my system off and I couldn’t use for weeks and all the pipework is wrong they are not plumbers!!! and now Niall is all of a sudden unreachable. The cost to fix their mess is ruffly 4000€ but yes Niall the owner keeps ignoring me so I hope anyone reading this please get a plumber that is not Nordic plumbers because if you do you will have the same mess as me!!!
The mess they have left in this house is unreal and he should be struck off as a business they are not competent in any way to connect a gas boiler with solid fuel heating. Promised the world but it’s a disaster!!
They also broke a pump whilst here and charged me.
Absolute joke of a business no common courtesy to reply to emails or texts.
So be very very careful all these google reviews can’t be true he loves getting the money but after that you will never reach him for two and half years I’ve been trying to tell him something was wrong he could of wiped out my whole family through his negligence.
Me I will also have the extra cost of a solicitor and fixing the heating but there’s probably loads of people in the same boat as me from what I hear 😱

In response to this to give some clarity on the situation, this was tested and commissioned on the day of installation, it was also inspected after us by RGI and the inspector in question, in discussions with him he is in agreement that the readings were fine and all above board, what happened is the terminal of the flue has come away or dislodged at a later date which has thrown the readings off, this could be due to a storm or such and was not done by Nordic Plumbers. If the boiler had been serviced by the customer (which it was not) this would have been picked on and rectified as we take safety extremely serious. In relation to not replying to Emma, I have whatsapp conversations from just March this year when we had been in contact and most recently texts on my phone. Emma made it clear she did not want us back out so our hands were tied here.
To make it clear, installation and the readings were perfectly fine and have been documented when the boiler was installed and the issues (unforeseen) arose much later after installation.
