The tech was on time, I love that they sent a text with a picture when he was on the way. Great company, they replaced a unit last year for us and when it’s time to replace our second unit, we will be using them.

These guys are amazing! They installed a dual head mini-split system and the workers were very professional. I joined their bi-annual maintenance program with all kinds of discounts and today was my second one of those. Tim the technician was so very nice and friendly. I really hated to see him leave, I was enjoying the conversation. Everyone on the phone and the ones I met in person are great! I am glad I found Total Maintenance!!
