The whole experience with Philip Robison was amazing he was very knowledgeable and guided me from start to finish answering all my questions and gave great advice and the things I didn't understand he broke it down for me in laymen's terms which made it easier, he was not just a business guy on the end of the phone it was like we actually formed a friendship I could ring him anytime and he'd always pick up or get straight back to me and absolute pleasure to deal with and would do it again. My wife and I were in no position to buy a house, but one day my wife was led to find NDDH online and looked into it. An online meeting with Phil was then set up, and he explained to us how it all worked. It all sounded too good to be true, but due to Phil's warm and genuine demeaner and the clear step by step explanation of it all, we decided to proceed
Fast forward 3mths and I'm writing this review from the living room of our very own home!! We're still pinching ourselves!
The journey in getting to this point has been exciting, clear and straightforward due to the constant guidance and help from Phil and everyone involved along the way. They're all very professional and truly do care and want to help you get your own home

We just bought our home through No Deposit Dream Homes and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. We’d been renting for years and didn’t think we could buy without a big deposit, but they made it happen. The team were awesome to deal with — super helpful, always quick to answer questions, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. At first i was very SKEPTICAL given all the scams going around and i was also going through a hard time in life so i was at rock bottom

From the get go Phil made it CLEAR that during the process i will not have to give anyone a cent this will all happen after the whole process
Phil was always readily available, pleasant and polite and he went above and beyond to reassure me during every step
For anyone who wants to use no deposit dream home the only thing you will need is patience and also keep checking your email for any correspondence

The process for me was a good 7 months from the first call to me getting home keys so please exercise patience

Let me start by saying, if you're considering contacting No Deposit Dream homes, stop worrying if it's legit and just do it. As a couple in our late 40's, we had resolved to the fact that we would never own our own home, that was until we took a chance and contacted Phil.
