We had a very good experience during the ultrasound with Dr. Geetu Agrawal. She is very calm, gives sufficient time for the scan, and explains every part of it clearly. Ranjana at the reception is very cooperative, clear in communication, and ensures that everything starts on time with zero waiting. The best part of this center is that there is absolutely no waiting. They do not take extra appointments — only as many as they can handle smoothly

Perfect experience - multiple times. Staff and especially Ranjana are extremely capable as well as professional. They go out of their way to help out and make the experience as hassle-free as possible. Excellent services, the support staff especially Ranjana made me feel very comfortable and was very supportive during blood tests and throughout my tests. The doctor was very professional yet friendly, explaining every step in detail and reassuring as I went alone. She cleared all my doubts and made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure.There was hardly any waiting time. All in all very good experience.

Extremely unprofessional and zero value for customer’s time. I had an appointment today at 5:30 PM with Dr. Swati. Before coming, the receptionist called to confirm, and I clearly mentioned that the weather was uncertain due to possible rain. I specifically asked if the doctor would definitely be present, because I didn’t want to travel unnecessarily. The receptionist assured me that she had personally confirmed with the doctor and that I should come. Trusting their word, I made sure to reach on time—even before 5:30 PM—just to respect the doctor’s time and avoid delays due to rain. But to my shock, once I reached, the receptionist handed me a phone and the doctor herself told me she couldn’t come because of rain and asked to reschedule. The irony? The rain wasn’t even that bad—I reached back home in the same time it took me to get there. What this clearly shows is that they don’t value the patient’s time at all. It felt like “If the doctor can make it, good. If not, the patient can just come again tomorrow.” Absolutely unacceptable attitude. If you don’t respect your patients’ time and commitment, you don’t deserve their trust.
