My Learning and Transformational journey at Nobel Communication with Coach Santosh Dhage The 2.5 month learning journey at Nobel Communication has been sort of Amazing.. I, being a FY UG Management student, have taken all Three Levels, paying 23,700(10,700 + 6,000 + 7,000) and I am Completely satisfied with my Decision.. I would explain my Journey and the Gr8 Learnings and Experiences I got in the following pointers: 1.Coach Santosh Dhage is the Owner and he himself took each and every class, tough he's a big name in Corporate Coaching industry in Pune and Maharashtra.. It was our Prestige and Honour that we got taught by such an Experienced, Qualified, Passionate, Dedicated and Disciplined personality, shaping us rightly for Life and outside world.. 2.The course content delivered by him was highly Researched and Well-thought, as we experienced live in the class. Complementing that was the Practice and Study material provided for our reference.. 3.Talking about the infrastructure, we were provided with Stage, Podium, Library, Mirror practice forum and Video lectures for practising the learnt concepts. It was more than enough for someone who want to excel his Communication skills and be a Gr8 Public Speaker and Leader.. 4.It was an experiential learning experience as we together practised every concept learnt live with sir on Stage. Going outside the Institute for Happy Morning club was an amazing experience as it groomed us for Communication and Leadership in Real life.. 5.He instilled some Gr8 Soft skills in us, which will help us excel in Life.. They are: a. Leadership b. Presentation c. Public Speaking d. Proactive thinking e. Body Language f. Social expressions g. Corporate etiquettes and manners h. Emotional Intelligence i. NLP techniques 6.The most special part of every class for me was the Thought of the day, the Stories and his Personal life experiences that he shared with up. It worked as a Life coaching for me as the lessons I learnt built my Character and is helping me lead my life towards Gr8ness.. Three Most Important life lessons I would like to highlight are Gratitude, Empathy(Understanding) and Being Simple, Sorted and Grounded.. 7.The environment was highly supportive and encouraging for anyone willing to learn and grow in life. The staff accompanying Sir were highly co-operative and managed everything in background so that we get everything at our fingertips.. 8.Some additional learnings which I feel will be highly useful in my life are: Diary Writing, Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Resume and Cover Writing and Professional Dressing sense.. 9.The Course completion was Celebrated like a ceremony, where we were given Certificate and a Trophy. On that day, we had got performances in Group and Individual in front of all displaying the way we got Developed in the journey.. 10.Last but not the least, was the way Sir and his team is very approachable to us for any problem we face in our life at any point. Sir always used to tell us that it wasn't just a profession for him, but his Life purpose to build us and make us reach the top and I completely agree to what he said. Taking the course is like being the part of Nobel Family.. I would Highly Recommend that anyone, of any Age, Profession or Background, who's willing to Learn and Grow in life should experience this Journey once and be the part of Our Nobel family. Cost is somewhat high, but the Outcome is truly Exceptional and Life-Changing..
