CopperPot is a fantastic asset to my family and I. We’ve been able to open savings account towards our wedding, taken short term low interest loans for holidays and home improvements. And longer term loans for buying a new family car. The service is so reliable and efficient and all the call handlers are so professional and helpful. Couldn’t recommend CopperPot enough!

The staff at Copperpot are so positive and always provide the best care to customers. They cater to your needs and definitely prefer a chat rather than a miserable email! I’ve been with Copper Pot for 15+ years and the service has always been excellent. Communication has consistently been reliable, whether by phone or email, and that’s a big part of why I originally chose them. The app is also really handy for keeping track of savings and finances. Special mention to Lucy Reddy—she’s been fantastic to deal with. Always quick to reply, really helpful, and a real credit to the team. Great service all round.
