I recently rented a car from NNAS Car Rental at Kuala Lumpur Airport, and it was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. For pickup, the car was delivered directly to the airport arrival gate, and for drop‑off I was able to return it at the departure hall very late at night (23:45), well after office hours. The staff provided excellent service, and communication through WhatsApp customer support was fast and efficient.

Perkhidmatan kereta sewa terbaik yang pernah saya guna. Kereta diterima dalam keadaan sangat bersih, kemas dan memang dijaga rapi. Keadaan kereta juga sangat baik, selesa dipandu dan langsung tiada masalah sepanjang perjalanan kami dari KL ke Melaka. Servis memang sangat baik, sangat mudah berurusan, mesra pelanggan dan sentiasa membantu bila diperlukan. Semua urusan dari awal hingga akhir berjalan dengan sangat lancar. Memang puas hati dan sangat disyorkan kepada yang mencari servis kereta sewa yang boleh dipercayai. Pasti akan sewa lagi pada masa akan datang.

The car was very clean and came with a full tank of fuel, which made everything so convenient. We were also allowed to collect the car earlier and return it later than the stated time without any extra charges, really appreciated the flexibility and kindness from the owner. The Alza was very comfortable even for 7 adult passengers. The condition of the car was excellent, smooth to drive, and everything worked perfectly especially bluetooth, air conditioning, and all other features had no issues at all. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant, with very fast responses throughout the rental process. This is already my second time renting from the same owner, and I have never been disappointed. Will definitely rent again in the future!
