Horrible customer service. Waited weeks for them to come out to fix our mirror on our coach. Chris came out May 1st (only to assess) and said he would be back before our trip to fix the mirror. Followed up with them on May 8th, Katrina said they would make sure it would get done within the week. Tried calling them on the 12th (left message) and 13th (left another message).
This is not how you treat potential customers.

I messaged them on a Sunday Chris came out on Tuesday to look at the problem and it was repaired on Wednesday in time for a trip on Friday. Thank you.

Chris is fantastic! He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed right. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing RV repairs.

They came when they were supposed to, made suggestions based on my needs, prices were very reasonable compared with other companies. Will use them for all my RV needs.

Today is Thanksgiving, and I am so very thankful that I found NJ RVing!!
Chris & his team helped me get my motorhome ready for sale, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was addressed properly at a very reasonable price.
Chris introduced me to a potential buyer, who did indeed purchase it, and also stopped by during his already busy workday to help reconfigure the new house battery set up.
During our many conversations it became clear that what Chris doesn’t know about RVs isn’t worth knowing.

Exceptional professional service,. Chris and his team performed diagnostics identifying the root issue of my camper brakes problem and promptly resolved/ repaired the issue. They also showed me what to look for and how to properly service my wheel and axle bearings. I will definitely recommend ans utilize their services un the future for all of my RV camper needs.
