Called this company because I've had 2 roofs done by NJ Roofing (out of Orange NJ)
The owner Jermaine always answers and he's always extremely responsive. Even when it comes to last minute emergencies. When I called the most recent time , it was a completely different experience. They kept saying there is no-one named Jermaine here. I proceeded to see when they can come out to take a look at the potential leak. I was quoted just under a week. Which was unacceptable given the circumstances, and damages occuring inside.
After doing some more research, I realized this company has the same name as the trusted company that I've always been using. I was able to contact Jermaine directly, and they were out the next day! My roof was made watertight that same day by them. Thank God I figured out the confusion. Also, the price was reasonable as always, even though it was an emergency.
Please do yourselves a favor and make sure you're looking for NJ Roofing out of Orange New Jersey, and ask for Jermaine. He's never let me down. And he's the one that I trust to do all my work.
