I reached out last week to schedule a big move for our parents who had been in their house for 50 years. We were a bit disorganized, but it was so helpful that when I called I got to speak to a person who helped me plan the move. Other companies wanted me to fill out forms and send videos before I even got to speak to anyone. The customer service was top notch, and the quote was very fair. They communicated with me almost every day leading up to the move and were very patient with all the changes we made. Their team showed up, during a snow storm, early and got right to work. All our planning did not prepare them for the amount of things we needed to move. The team was so kind and understanding and it didn’t slow them down one bit. They took excellent care of our antique furniture and wrapped anything breakable with incredible care. They were even able to get our giant freezer from the basement that was nothing short of magic. They did the whole move in a bit over 6 hours . They kept us updated along the way on what our options and costs would be- and believe me, those changes were 100% on us being underprepared. In the end, the total was still very fair and less than other companies we had contacted. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We were downsizing to a much smaller home, but being a potter, had lots of heavy containers, books and equipment. Bek and his team were very focused, efficient and experienced. He communicated their plan ahead of time and made sure I understood any issues along the way. Everything arrived safely. Bek was very skillful in taking apart and reassembling several pieces of furniture. It was amazing how quickly they worked so that we had some time to get settled in at the end of move-in day.
