Saw Dr Reddy as I had impacted ear wax. Prior to seeing Dr Reddy my xperiences in having especially my right ear cleaned was very painful and also bled at times. DrReddy removed the hard wax with little pain for me and no bleeding. I highly recommend this NJ ENT practice

Dr. Samir Undavia is a dream come true. Very devoted to doing superlatively with each person and their needs. His staff which is more than enough are more than willing to help you and return calls etc. very timely and with all the details peculiar to your situation . Gladly give Dr. Undavia a five star rating. 🌟 He is very lofty by being excellent but humble in dealing with each individual case. In dealing with your face, he is to be trusted. Go no further.

Dr. Undavia is absolutely amazing and personally responsible for the fact that my forehead refuses to reveal my age. 😂 I have been going to him for Botox, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. He somehow knows exactly what to do to keep me looking refreshed, natural, and like myself—just a slightly younger, smoother, better-rested version of myself! At this point, Dr. Undavia and I are in a long-term relationship… he keeps the wrinkles away, and I keep coming back. 😂❤️ Highly recommend him to anyone who wants beautiful, natural results. Just don’t make him too busy because I still need my appointments!

I suffer from severe sinusitis for many years and it started getting worse. My first visit to see Dr Smith and he listened to me which is very nice and came up with a plan to give me overdue relief. Thank you Dr Smith! Update: My issue was worse than I thought because it had become normal to me. Dr Smith suspected the problem but sent me for a CT to confirm. I had a minor procedure done and I can feel a little relief just a few weeks after. VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED PATIENT!

I love Dr Smith and Erica his MA! From the front desk to the ladies in the back, each in their own way are kind and consummate professionals. This practice is Amazing! I drive a little over an hour to get there. Dr. Smith corrected a problem that I'd suffered with for years and I was given all types of medications but to no avail. In one procedure, I'm breathing deeper, and better than I ever have. Needless to say, it's worth the trip! I am so GRATEFUL!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. They called me just 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel and reschedule. However, when I needed to reschedule at the last minute, they asked for a ridiculous amount of money. I find this extremely unfair and disappointing. They should treat their patients with more respect and consideration. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

We’re very sorry that we had to cancel your appointment on such short notice due to an unexpected emergency. We understand how frustrating and disruptive that was. We also understand why subsequently receiving a message mentioning a fee when you needed to reschedule felt unfair and inconsistent.

To clarify, the message was an automated notice explaining that a $50 fee may apply when an appointment is missed. It was not a request for payment. We apologize that this was not communicated more clearly and added to an already disappointing experience. Our team has reached out personally, and we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further and regain your trust.

Dr. Undavia pretty much performed a miracle on my nose in what was a pretty complex surgery. I had a hole in my septum and very little cartilage in the front of my nose from a previous rhinoplasty and my nose had also shifted and became very crooked. I saw another doctor first who was skeptical that it could be fixed but Dr. Undavia fixed it all, did a revision rhinoplasty, and did surgery on my turbinates. It’s seriously amazing not to be dealing with the septal perforation anymore! I can breathe SO much better and my allergies are actually much less severe. My nose is still swollen but I’m very happy with the way it looks and can’t wait to see the final results. I can breathe great and my nose is straight! In addition to being an excellent doctor, Dr. Undavia is also really nice and has a fantastic bedside manner. He explains everything clearly, always answers all my questions, and has made me feel very comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Undavia!

Dr. Undivia is amazing. My nose was a mess and I had a 10 mm hole inside my nose. I whistled all the time and couldn’t breathe. He repaired the hole and fixed everything that was wrong. I can breathe clearly, no whistling, and the hole is gone. Everyone who sees me notices a little something different, but not too much. He was patient and caring. I am so pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

Absolutely best ENT I have been too!! Dr Smith was the 5th ENT that I went to. Over the course of 1 year I had seen 5 ENTs, 2 pulmonologist, had 2 surgeries, 1 ER visit before I luckily found his practice. He told me I was not getting better because everyone was treating the symptoms and not the problem. Silent reflux! He also took the time to review an old MRI and diagnosed me with poorly managed migraines. My health has drastically improved since seeing him and I am grateful I landed in his office. This doctor should be on NJ TOP DOCTORS!!! Can’t say enough about how thorough he examined my records and info and corrected the problem. Before I saw him my quality of life had significantly deteriorated. I am extremely grateful! Highly recommend!

I always see Dr. Smith because he is ALWAYS very professional and as important to me personable and very easy to talk to. On my recent appointment, due to Dr. Smith being out of the office, I saw Dr. Reddy. I was apprehensive at first, but did not want to reschedule. I was so impressed with Dr. Reddy, im glad I didn't cancel. He was professional, personable and listened to everything i had to say. The office staff is fantastic as well. I HIGHLY recommend NJ ENT.
