I had a very positive experience with Niva Clinic and would highly recommend their services.
One of the standout aspects for me was their GP home visit service. It is incredibly reliable, especially when you are unwell and need care in the comfort of your own home. The doctors were punctual, professional, and took their time to carry out thorough consultations. I felt listened to, reassured, and fully supported throughout.
I had interactions with Dr Qureshi, Dr Bhavika Vagani, and Dr Varun Dravid, and each of them demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. What really stood out was their communication – they explained things clearly, answered all questions patiently, and made sure I understood the plan of care. Their consultations were detailed and not rushed, which made a big difference.
They also showed strong clinical judgement and attention to detail, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Their follow-up care was excellent – they check in after consultations and make sure you are progressing well, which is very reassuring and shows a high standard of patient care.
It is also very easy to make an appointment with the clinic. The team are always willing to try and accommodate you, even at short notice, which makes the whole experience much less stressful.
The admin and reception team were excellent. They were responsive, organised, and helpful in arranging appointments and follow-ups, and communication was always clear and timely.
Overall, the combination of reliable home visits, professional and caring doctors, clear communication, proactive follow-up, and efficient admin support makes Niva Clinic stand out.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-centred care.

Wonderful customer service from the medical receptionist such a kind and caring lady . I needed to see a GP nothing serious just needed antibiotics for a possible throat infection. The doctor was very helpful and kind and as I no longer live in the UK I needed a consultation at the Niva Medical centre to issue me with prescription all sorted

From the booking of appointment was so quick and I was welcome by the beautiful lady at the reception. Dr Bhavika took her time to explain every detail and concerns, her words of encouragement was great. I will always recommend her for her good work in looking after her patients.

Immediate response, within 1 hour Dr Varsani made a home visit. He was very kind and informative. Left a prescription which sorted the worst out within48 hours. He also made a follow up call to enquire how I was getting on. Hugely appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

I am so impressed with Niva Medical Clinic. My daughter had a medical emergency and now lives in London. I live 2 hours away and was so worried. Snehal helped arrange an appointment for the following morning promising to look after my daughter. Dr Vagani and Snehal looked after her from the minute she arrived and made her feel so at ease.
