I normally do not write reviews but if I can help others avoid a horrible experience, I’ll try. We were told upfront that follow-up services were included in the price. Over the course of treatment, we got inconsistent information about what was covered. In the end, they said finishing the treatment would cost extra, which contradicted what we were originally told. Treatment was never completed as a result. The front house staff were rude and unwilling to share additional information related to their business.
Maggie helped us out a lot. It was hard work and we have long hair and 4 of us in our family. She was kind and patient!!
First time ever dealing with lice and was so grateful to find this place. Got a quick same day appointment and great treatment for my daughter

Literally a life saver!!! We discovered my daughter had lice at 6pm on a Friday and got an appointment same day at 8:30pm. We were SO thankful. They made my daughter feel super comfy. She thought she was getting a spa treatment. The salon is super nice and brand new!! Don’t DIY live treatment .. save yourself the stress!!

Heidi was phenomenal! So kind hearted and explained everything in great detail. I had a check done because my little ones came home with lice, I was so nervous but she made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning should the need ever come back up. 5 stars for Miss Heidi!!!💜

Be aware that same-day cancellations incur a $100 fee in addition to the deposit, even though the website states deposits are retained for same-day cancellations.

Hi Betsy.. Thank you for your feedback. However, there’s a minor correction here that deposit goes towards the service visit or refunded back to the same method of payment (not additional charge) if the appointment made online and cancelled. We have a very strict cancellation policy that requires 24 hours advance notice with no additional charge or $100 cancellation fee just to make sure that our cancellation policy is more clear and accurate to our patients.
We loved their service and then got us all checked out, cleaned up, and off to the rest of our lives within a few hours.
