Great customer service; very transparent with pricing and you get you pay for. Service was fast and professional, and the finished product, which was window tint for me, was excellent. Highly recommend this shop for automotive work. It's quality and it's service that I can recommend to anyone.
Ji is the man! He was very informative and wasn't trying to upsell me anything I didn't want. In fact he literally said "dude don't do what I did to my car because everyone is different". Then I did exactly what he did. Hahha. Hey if it's good enough for the owner - it's good enough for me. Service was quick and easy. Tint on our Tesla Model Y looks cleannnnnnn. And Google the product they use - it's top of the line.
Will def be coming back with my Tacoma and if I can convince my wife - for PPL.

I arrived at my appointment and Ji greeted me and then went onto helping me decide what shade of tint to go with. He was very helpful in giving me his opinions and I was able to select the tint that I had decided to go with. He said that it would take a total of 2 hours to complete the job. It actually took half hour less and I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently the work was done. So far I am very satisfied on how my vehicle turned out. He explained that I have lifetime warranty and I do not have to worry about anything. I would recommend Ninetailz Motorsports to anyone who would like to upgrade their vehicle and get a professional job done.

Ji has done it again. I brought my Mazda here 4 years ago and the PPF and Tints have been perfection. I recently upgraded to a BMW and once again it was the best experience. If you want perfection, great pricing for the value, and the best service (so much so that he treats you like a returning family member). I will keep coming back to them for any future cars.
Went to get some decals installed, well what can I say? This place is awesome. The attention to detail even when it comes to small jobs like decal application, shows how legit this business is.
