Glynns Coaches Reviews

Ekaterina Moskovskova 2026.08.12

I had a pleasure to work with Glynns Coaches and I would highly recommend them. Everything was extremely punctual and well organised throughout. The coaches were spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made a real difference on a long tour. A special thank you to our drivers, John, Trev and Donought — all very professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I can confidently recommend this company and really hope we’ll have the opportunity to work together again in the future!

We had a blast! Donough, our driver, was very insightful, kind and considerate. He, like I’m sure the other drivers as well are patient and supportive of those on their coaches and make all the effort necessary to ensure a smooth but also exciting tour. Truly, our drive around the country side was the highlight of our family trip. Through narrow passes and busy streets there were no issues at all. The busses provided comfortable seating and amazing views and sight lines. The suggestions he gave made our trip fun and unique. Every question we had was answered with grace and brilliance. Glynns Coaches of Innis could not be praised enough by the lot of us. Thank you for making our family trip to Ireland grand!

Our driver, Trevor, was AMAZING. He went above and beyond for our family and took the time to get to know all of us. Very knowledgable, kind, and patient with the kids. The best bus tour any of us have ever taken :). Thanks Trev!

Traveling along the Wild Atlantic Way with The Ennis Sisters, Shane, Robert and Eddie, and our wonderful WAMT group in this luxurious coach made the experience even more unforgettable. Beyond navigating the 😳😳😳 narrow Irish roads with incredible skill, safety, and care, Donough was warm and welcoming, funny, and very professional. The coach itself on its inaugural ride was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to fully relax and soak in the breathtaking Irish landscapes along the way. A wonderful way to experience Ireland! Highly recommend Glynns Coaches for anyone traveling around Ireland — it will be worry free and enjoyable!

We had excellent service with Glynns Coaches (4/23/26 - 4/30/26). The bus was ultra deluxe and comfortable. I appreciated that seat belts were available to use. Our driver, Dave, was the absolute best!!! He made our first trip to Ireland so much fun! He safely and smoothly drove us to our destinations each day. He got us where we needed to be on time and avoided crowds. He was so enjoyable to listen to along the way with his humor, storytelling and singing. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the territory. It was a really positive experience! Overall, I would highly recommend him as your tour guide with Glynns Coaches!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent family trip to Ennis, Ireland through Harp & Eagle this last week in April! I can’t say enough good things about our bus driver, Dave Culligan, who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our entire journey. He took us to many points of interest near and far, with great tips about where to go and what to do. He navigated tricky roads with ease and told us jokes and tidbits all along the way about the local history and culture. His humor added to each daily adventure and his musical talent was such a wonderful surprise – the man sounds JUST like Johnny Cash! I couldn’t get enough. We’ll never forget his caring, kind soul and hope he has many more prosperous years escorting groups in the land he knows and loves.

I just wanna say a huge “Thank You” to Dave C (bus driver)! What a wonderful man! We had him all week on our stay in Ennis and his knowledge, jokes, information about the country, and singing made our trip so enjoyable! Ask for Dave C - you won’t regret it!

Very clean, comfortable bus navigated by an expert driver despite the bus being quite large on winding roads with oncoming traffic. It is always a relief to return our rental car and hop onto a Glynns bus! We have traveled with Glynns five times over the past five years, and every trip has been wonderful. Windows are clean - allowing us to admire the spectacular countryside we are driving through, temperature inside the bus is comfortable, and our driver has become "part of our tour group" thanks to his kindness, helpfulness, and sense of humor.

We have spent 3 separate week long holidays with Donough as our amazing driver. Coaches are comfortable and Donough's smooth driving makes travel even better. A great family business. Can't think of any way they could improve. Just perfect.

Just been on another tour with Wild Atlantic Music Tours who have used Glynns Of Ennis coaches for years. The coach was a superb Mercedes with really comfortable seating and excellent suspension and our driver Donough, was both great fun and an extraordinary driver who smoothly drove us through to lovely but at times narrow West of Ireland roads. If you are thinking of booking a coach for a trip or event, look no further.

We HIGHLY recommend Glynns Coaches! Coming from the states we didn't want to drive ourselves with a family of 8 and we needed to find a trustworthy and reliable company - we struck gold with Glynns! We were provided with a comfortable and spacious vehicle to tour through southwest Ireland for a week with a drop in Dublin. Glynns and their fantastic drivers are reliable, prompt, accommodating, trustworthy and above all pro drivers! We had some "weather" during our trip (Storm Amy) and we felt safe and secure the entire time and were able to visit all of our desired spots! Special shoutout to the newly designated honorary member of our family, our knowledgeable driver for most of the trip, Gearoid, who is a fantastic driver and even better human! Donough, Michael and Trevor were great too - you can't go wrong with this company!

Outstanding, reliable, highest-safety standards, pristine vehicle AND lovely driver/guide! Aidan met our party of 6 at the arrival gate in Shannon and drove us for the day from the airport to Galway drop off. He made the most of our day and we were able to do what we had hoped plus more with his knowledge. Aidan was also able to communicate to other GlynnCoaches drivers on the road for updated on weather and great places to eat/hear music. Cannot recommend GlynnCoaches enough! Brilliant!

It was our privilege to have Dave as our driver for two days in early September as we traveled from Spanish Point to Miltown Malbay, Lahinch, the Cliffs, the Burren and Doolin over two days. It felt like he was part of our family. He facilitated our stop at the Rock Shop to retrieve a hat our cousin from Boston had left there in May! His easy manner and driving skill were the best we ever experienced in Ireland and his kindness will never be forgotten.
