Σε μια γωνιά του Ακρωτηρίου, κυριολεκτικά σμιλεμένη μέσα στο βράχο, υπάρχει ένα μέρος που η παράδοση συναντά τη θάλασσα και η γεύση αγγίζει την καρδιά. Η Σπηλιά του Νικόλα δεν είναι απλώς ταβέρνα. Είναι μνήμη, ιστορία, φιλοξενία. Καθισμένος δίπλα στο κύμα, με το Αιγαίο να σου ψιθυρίζει στο αυτί, δοκιμάζεις φαγητά που έχουν φτιαχτεί με μεράκι, με υλικά απλά και αληθινά. Φάβα Σαντορίνης, φρέσκο ψάρι, ντοματοκεφτέδες… κάθε μπουκιά και μια μικρή τελετή. Είναι από εκείνα τα μέρη που δεν τα ξεχνάς. Όχι μόνο για τη γεύση, αλλά για το χαμόγελο των ανθρώπων, για την αλήθεια που αποπνέει ο χώρος, για την αίσθηση ότι γίνεσαι κομμάτι μιας ιστορίας που ξεκίνησε δεκαετίες πριν — και συνεχίζεται. 3 μέρες στη Σαντορίνη,.τις 2 φάγαμε εδώ πολύ πολύ καλά!!!!

The Cave of Nicolas is an okay restaurant overall. The staff was reasonably warm, and the atmosphere was fine. The food was generally okay — we didn’t exactly love the main course, but we didn’t dislike it either; it was just average. The view was nice, though it happened to be a high wave day when we visited, so it was a bit more dramatic than usual (not something I'd complain about). One thing I really want to highlight is their Dakos — it was excellent! Definitely the standout dish for us. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re nearby, especially if you want to enjoy a relaxed meal by the sea.
