We worked with Jackie in the past. Al she had been great. We’re working with Riley now, who did an amazing job. We can see her difference right away. We really appreciate her and her efforts. Same with Megan getting that taken care of so quickly. We’d recommend Nichole’s TLC. It is more expensive than the competitors, but we feel the value is there as we have the management looking out for us as well as the technician. They have the staff to backfill on another day in the case there is a cancellation. We appreciate that very much.

I have found Nicole’s to be reliable, great customer service and reasonable. What I have also found, is that their cleaning crews are not consistent with the quality you receive. They all do a good job, but obviously they do not all clean the same.

Top 3 things I loved: 1) Efficient service – they cleaned quickly without cutting corners. 2) Thorough and detail oriented – every room looked spotless. 3) Trustworthy and consistent – I feel comfortable letting them into my home each week. We have used this cleaning service for several years now and are completely satisfied. The house is cleaned to our satisfaction, and we have only had one instance where our scheduled date and time could mot be met due to cleaner illness. A make up date and time was handled timely. I would recommend this company. Madison is the employee that visits our house and she has been the one scheduled to clean for us for the past several years. She is so friendly, nice to my pets, and treats my house well. THe company does a really good job about keeping consistency with who you have coming into your home. We get Madison pretty much every time and I like that experience and consistency

Nicole’s TLC Cleaning has been to our home for the last two years. This is a professionally managed business and we have found them to be exactly what we need. They take great care our home with each visit. The cleaning staff is thorough and very efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. Any requests that we add to a job are accomplished with the utmost care. Communication with the management staff is answered immediately and occasionally, someone will drop in to check on the cleaning staff and job being done. This oversight is impressive and we recommend Nicole’s cleaning staff and business management.
