Nicole Kelly is the best realtor!! For the last 2 years or so I have been in the market and looking to purchase my first home. When we first started she was so excited to help and provided so much valuable information for me, and showed me so many homes. Unfortunately nothing quite clicked, and my budget didn't allow for a purchase at the time..
That did not stop Nicole from constantly staying in touch with her cute followup emails, as well as sending me homes in my area and surrounding areas that could be good options for me.
After the searching and waiting, this year was finally the year I was going to be able to buy a home! I got in contact with Nicole and right away, LITERALLY the same day, she sent me about 5 homes in my targeted area. We went to see them just a few hours later.. and more the following day. She answered all of my questions about each home and gave me great advice. It was seriously such a breeze and so refreshing to work with her. She 100% has your best interest in mind and is not just looking for a quick sale.
We found a home that really drew my interest. As I said, this is my first home, and she helped me every single step of the way and was so easy to contact and work with. She wrote an offer on the home and had great things to say that definitely helped win over the sellers. I was amazed, and our offer was accepted out of a handful of others that were interested and put offers in..
Our offer got accepted! Woohoo! So exciting!... and then a cash offer took our spot. It was so sad, and Nicole really felt sad for me too, she really cares. She continued trying and following up with the sellers to see if everything was going through with the cash offer or not, as well as sending me other homes to potentially see with her. She never gave up and was so determined to find the perfect home for me.
The cash offer ended up falling through and I was now in contract! It was a roller coaster of emotions but it was so nice to have Nicole by my side, guiding me through each step.
Apart from all of this, she negotiated so well with the sellers that she was able to get $20,000 off the listed price on this amazing home I now live in. It made a massive difference in the amount of stress after move in, and I could not be more grateful for her.
I recommend Nicole Kelly through and through, 100%, time and time again. She is hands down the best realtor there is!

I wanted to buy an out of state investment property in Portland and I was fortunate to work with Nicole and am I glad I did! Nicole was great from the beginning. This is an investment property for now but ultimately, I will move in it in a few years so I had a few things that were must-haves and could have been deal breakers. She was very receptive to my wish list, would always answer my texts or e-mails promptly and that, 7 days a week! My point is, Nicole follows up on things in a timely manner. She's also very friendly. Living in another state, I was only able to come to Portland a couple of times so the rest of the time Nicole would show me the properties via Facetime. Of course she was very throughout starting with the neighborhood, the streets to get there, etc. In the end, Nicole found me exactly what I was looking for so If someone asks me to recommend an agent, I would recommend Nicole without an hesitation and of course if I ever need to buy or sell a property, Nicole will get the phone call!
We could not be happier with Nicole’s service from beginning to end. She spent time with us to find out exactly what we both wanted most in a home. She diligently searched until finding the perfect home we both loved. We were out of state at the time of closing, and she was there to help us with every step, including inspections. We enjoyed the time we spent with her and now we have a great new friend! I will recommend her to everyone looking for a home! She’s the best!

Nicole made the whole process fun. She offered great negotiation tips, provided great referrals for inspection and repair bids and access to early listings. When everything was done and we moved in, we were surprised to find a lovely gift basket with all sorts of things to make the move easier, plus treats to enjoy! Definitely recommend Nicole Kelly to anyone looking for a Buyer's Agent!

Nicole was absolutely amazing! Not only did she walk through so many homes with us, but she worked with us when our parameters changed.
Once we closed on the home, she assisted when things were not completed per the purchase agreement. She has been an absolute dream to work with, I truly wish all realtors were as amazing as her!
