I was looking forward to going to Nick's cuz of the moussaka. I've had moussaka dozens of times and never had it covered with a tomato sauce. It tasted reheated from frozen...not fresh. My suggestion take it off the menu. Disappointed.
Everything else was fine. The trio of apps...Stuffed mushrooms grilled calamari and meatballs was good.
Had the Fra Diavolo, the mussels smelled like manure and tested awful. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Hey John, this is Mario from Nicks Bistro. I am the owner/operator and chef. I'm sorry for your bad experience with us. I could assure you that our muscles are always fresh and then from Prince Edward island organic muscles. I picked them up myself at least four times a week. We individually hand clean them. It does only take one muscle to spoil the entire dish 99.9% of the time we do catch it before the dish goes out, but sometimes we fall short. I would like to make it up to you. Please call the restaurant and dial extension 2. I will be eagerly awaiting your phone call. Once again, we are truly sorry about this.
Food here was amazing, we started with the stuffed grape leaves and the avgolemono soup. Perfection. But then we had the main courses (a pork souvlaki platter along with a lamb gyro platter), which, unbelievable, topped that. The meat was tender, moist and juicy; in comparison to other restaurants, you can tell this was made with quality ingredients and homemade with care. We had the pleasure of meeting Dillon and Diego, who took care of us. They were absolutely awesome.
We love going to restaurants as they are places where we can make memories and share experiences. This was that and much more, as both Dillon and Diego treated us like family.
Yes, this restaurant was that good, make sure you find yourself here.
Nick’s Bistro, thank you so much!!!!!
I ordered the lamb burger expecting something flavorful and unique, but it didn’t taste like lamb at all. The patty was pale—more like veal or a beef blend—and completely unseasoned. The texture was fatty and lacked the richness that defines real lamb. Surprising because the first time I ordered the lamb burger - it was named Nicks burger- who makes the patty with so much parsley, it was really good. But the lamb burger yesterday tasted bland and so disappointing.
The only thing I enjoyed was the brioche bun. My onions were undercooked, and even after asking for sauce, I was given A1 steak sauce, which didn’t complement the dish at all. I had considered adding mushrooms and was told it came with cheese, but it had this block of feta, so dry, unseasoned- weird.
Overall, the service felt rushed. The dining room is excessively loud and even though they checked if I was satisfied with the meal, you know it's more of a formality. Then they jumped straight to offering dessert. #wheredidnickgo

Hey Sue. This is Mario owner/operator Chef of Nicks Bistro. I'm so sorry for your bad experience with us. I would like to start off by saying we do have two different types of Greek style burgers on our menu. One is called a lamb burger, which comes with feta and sautéed onions and the other is a Nicks burger, which is a beef burger, and they both have chopped parsley and onions inside. The style of making burgers with something that was passed down by my grandfather, who is a chef and my father, who was a chef as well they both owned their own restaurants. We've never actually had a complaint about a Lamb burger before that it lacked flavor. The lamb that we us is Ausrallian which is a Perfect blend of between American lamb & New Zealand lamb. The American lamb removing the sharp gaminess from the European Lamb. I believe it’s the best lamb in the world. I'm sure some people would disagree with me.
The feta cheese that we use is a company that was handpicked by me, it’s called Russos feta. It one of the most flavorful feta’s that I have ever tried, this is why we use it here. Believe me, I would like to change it because of how expensive it is, but I just can’t get myself to do it.
Once again, I'm so sorry that you did not enjoy your burger. We would like to make it up to you if you can call the restaurant and dial extension two. I will be eagerly awaiting your phone call. Thank you so much and once again, my apologies.

So disappointed!!! I just tried out their new family package through Uber eats while I have guests, which says it is supposed to feed 4 to 6 people. The 3 proteins received in this package arrived nearly EMPTY while all the fried food and sides were filled to the brim. I have ordered from Nick’s for years and I have received more protein in their souvlaki wraps than this. Unacceptable!! And I asked for extra tzatziki, the one container they sent wasn’t even 1/3rd full. Feel ripped off and deceived!! very cheap of them for a relatively expensive package.

Hello Ceci. My Name is Mario Owner and Operator & Chef Of Nicks Bistro. I don't know what happened. But we never had a complaint about this family meal, ever. We give a lot of food.
I Personally ordered the family package to my brother house a few weeks ago, though uber, just to check the integrity of the food after a one-hour delivery time. My family and his sat down and enjoyed our dinner with some leftovers. there was six of us. Please if you can contact the restaurant and dial extension 2. I would like to try and understand this better. Thank you.
