Having just relocated to the Sunshine Coast, I bought 2 security screens, insect screens and a roller blind for my recently purchased apartment from Nicki's Professional Security Screens & Blinds due to their many good reviews & am so happy with the products. Their service was exceptional right from the initial booking with Suzy. Josh & Dylan came to measure up and during the process they offered plenty of great advice which I'm so glad I went with. At no stage did they pressure me & in fact the exact opposite as they suggested since I was still moving in that I settle in and wait a while on some additional purchases to ensure these will meet my needs. Suzy did the exact same thing a day later, delaying additional products when she dropped out to show me some blind colours. What business talks you out of ordering/buying (an honest one). I found the whole process to be extremely professional and the products perfect. They are called Nicki's PROFESSIONAL Security Screens & Blinds because they are all professionals. And more importantly Suzy, Josh & Dylan are just nice honest people, and it was a pleasure dealing with them to do business. It wasn't till after I ordered that I found out my son & his wife had used Nicki's to fit out their whole house when it was built a few years ago - can't help good taste. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't here when Dylan & Josh installed the products, yet they felt when fitting one of the security screens they could enhance the security with a minor change (I would never have known if they just left it as it was). So, they went ahead and ordered an additional part & came back & made the simple adjustment & it is has improved the screen & installation to perfection. This extra effort just reinforces their integrity and pride in their workmanship. Thank you, Susy, Josh & Dylan - and I love the new style roller blind you suggested with no cords, it is soooo smooth. I wanted security screens that would allow the breeze and light in and not block out my open view from inside my apartment to the outside and the products selected with the guidance of Dylan & Josh are exactly what I envisaged. And yet the products are extremely strong secure and triple locked. My door and window frames are white and so the security screen frames & insect screens are white as suggested by the 'boys' & they blend in perfectly virtually making them invisible. I cannot recommend the team at Nicki's Professional Security Screens & Blinds enough. Give them a call and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Outdoor screens Nicki's Security Screens snd Blinds installed outdoor screens on my patio. Josh and Dylan did a fantastic job. They were promt, efficient, hard working and very professional. I am extremely happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Nicki's for their expertise and value for money. Suzy did a fantadtic job coordinating and answering any questions.

We’ve just had security screens installed by Nicki’s. From the initial quote to the installation we have been thrilled with the process. Suzy is incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. Josh and Dylan measured up and installed perfectly. It’s just in time for summer so we can keep our large expanse windows open - safe and free from bugs coming inside. They look great and were very affordable.

Nicki’s they are easily the best in the business!! I’m a huge procrastinator and kept changing my mind on colours, but the team was endlessly patient and supportive. They visited multiple times, spent time helping me work out what I liked (and didn’t!), and offered thoughtful suggestions along the way. I was kept up to date with timeframes, the installation was seamless, and the finished product is exactly what I’d hoped for—if not better. At long last a family business that you can trust completely. The measure and quote is carried out by the installers, hence any problems encountered are dealt with on the spot and noted for the upcoming installation. The price is very competitive, don't waste your time with other companies offering large discounts, ( the discount offered being taken off a high price). The receptionist is remarkable, patient, understanding and knowledgeable ,and always available. Come the day of installation, arrived on time, both installers were professional, accurate and on completion ,cleaned up and left the place spotless. This company is worth 10 stars, and I will pass on their company details to my many friends within the Body Corp set ups. Well done. kind regards. Trevor

I called several places to get a quote for security screens and Nicki’s was by far the best service I have received in many, many years! From the first phone call nothing was too much trouble even though I had a few annoying delays from my side the service never faltered. Suzy was so easy to deal with and Josh and Dylan were professional and friendly at the quote and instillation. The pricing was also very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would give more than 5 stars if I could!
