The personal care and attention from the Nicholas James staff in all parts of our move were great. Rachel, who facilitated our viewing, was knowledgable and friendly. Keri, who handled all of our subsequent paperwork, was excellent and really made us feel we mattered as customers and individuals. While understandable to a degree, the levels of personal information requested by the referencing agency felt quite intrusive.

I’ve recently moved to Brighton in a property managed by Nicholas James. The whole team I dealt with from beginning to end and in particualr Keri, were fantastic. Moves are always stressful but they were consummate professionals and made securing the flat and moving into it as stress free as moves can be. Having dealt with estate agents in Brighton before as well as other places in the UK, this is probably the best experience I’ve had and I would highly recommend them.
