Luke and the team at Nicholas James did a fantastic job managing the sale of my part-ownership flat. Despite not being able to push through tenancy because of a very sudden decision to stop plans of relocating, the people I had communication with in Nicholas James group were so professional. Everyone I talked to over the phone was so friendly, warm and accomodated my concerns well. I still got my holding deposit back as referencing had not been started yet after calling them of my sudden withdrawal from application.
