We had a wonderful stay at Blairpen House. Doreen’s warm welcome and stories about the inn made us feel right at home. The rooms were charming and comfortable, with inviting sitting areas including a cozy fireplace. Perfectly located just steps from Queen Street and the Shaw Festival Theatre—an ideal spot in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and all rooms have access to a balcony or patio looking into the lovely gardens. Excellent service including European breakfast with homemade breads and yogurt. Festival theater is SO close and it's an easy walk into town. Nice common parlor areas for indoor socializing. Already booked our next stay. NOTL is full of cute shops and restaurants. Wonderful getaway. UPDATE: second stay was equally enjoyable. Came to see White Christmas at Shaw. Cold outside but warm and cozy inside. Lovely experience. Highly recommend.

OUr stay at the Blairpen Inn was great! Room was well appointed with everything we needed, with comfy bed and pillows, clean and updated bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for all diets. Close to town to walk to restaurants and shopping. 20min drive from Niagara Falls along the beautiful river. Thanks for a great stay!

BLAIRPEN inn was a wonderful place to stay. Room was clean and just what we were looking for. The hospitality upon our arrival and for the duration of our stay, truly added to our experience. Doreen you are so amazing, your attention to us made it feel more personal and friendly as we celebrated our anniversary. Thank you again for the special “bubbly” surprise too! I would totally recommend staying here, it’s a true gem.

Day 1 was Niagara Falls, only 30 minutes away. Had a birthday and got engaged! Day 2 was wine tours around the area. 30 minute walk or 8 minute drive gets you to 2 Sisters vineyard. Get the tasting session. Had to get 6 bottles to go! Day 3 was - "How long were we at the Irish Pub around the corner"? The location is perfect for multiple choice entertainment. Down Town environment was friendly and welcoming. Just a great area for kicking back, letting stress drop at the door, and enjoying life. Blairpen House Country Inn gave an amazing weekend.

Blaripen is an older building with some of the quirks that go with a historical site. However, it is charming with its beautiful outdoor gardens . Each room has an outdoor patio with table and chairs facing the grounds. A great place to enjoy a glass of wine from the area. I brought a group of 8 older ladies...college friends who came from all over the USA. We were able to enjoy our accomodations which included a lovely breakfast . We met each evening in the parlor and had the place to ourselves! Tim and staff could not have been better hosts! We stayed 5 days and had the best time ever!

Our first stay at Blairpen House and will definitely be back.....summer would be lovely. Location was excellent and just a 5 minute walk to the main street. Doreen was very polite and lovely to deal with for booking and while on site. The rooms were comfortable and clean and common areas very inviting with many thoughtful touches. Breakfast had a good choice for all tastes. A lovely stay!

Blairpen House is a five minute walk to the heart of the town. It is a beautiful, cozy two story property with an historic feel to it inside and out. My room was spotless and spacious and excellent in appearance with a view of and sliding doors to the stunning back garden and easy access to parking. The room and bathroom were equipped with everything you might need or want including free refreshments of all sorts. The breakfast room is also spacious with a wide variety of healthy food provided each morning. The reading / tea rooms also have an historic and comfortable feel to them. The owner and his manager, Doreen, are proud of their B&B and very service oriented. You will love this place.

Excellent place to stay in Niagara on the Lake. Minutes walk to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Delicious breakfast included. Comfortable rooms with a private garden out back. Doreen is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Doreen who runs the b&b was absolutely delightful! The breakfast each morning always had a fresh variety to choose from. It couldn't be in any better location to enable an easy walk to all the points of interest in this lovely town. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from 4 amazing days at Blairpen located within walking distance of all the attractions in a historic town. Our cousins from the UK joined us to celebrate our wedding anniversaries (40th and 50th) and our rooms were just as promised. The Inn and gardens were clean, welcoming and well appointed. Common areas added to the cozy feeling. Breakfast was lovely each morning prepared and displayed with care. Thank you to all staff members who made our celebration more special!

We have stayed at Blairpen House for many years. We find it charming. The setting and outdoor space is inviting. We enjoy the location since we can walk to the theatre, restaurants, and relax by the peace of the lake. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast is European style which we very much like. Blairpen House is definitely a a wonderful place!

My husband and I just returned after a wonderful and peaceful stay at Blairpen House. The house has multiple rooms for socializing and just hanging out in. There are beautiful gardens and rooms with balconies that overlook them It was a sheer delight to have a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the birds and honeybees. Our room was cozy and we even slept with the door ajar. breakfast was delicious and quite generous. The walk to the theater was barely a few blocks thro

Blairpen House is a lovely Inn / B&B at Niagara on the Lake, close to the theatre and wineries. We enjoy walking to the play in the summer or winter, since they now have a few plays in the fall. The gardens are beautiful and quite, inviting the guests to stay and relax. We visited in July of 24 and took these photos of the yard. We have also returned recently, in the spring of 25, to visit the wineries again. We are looking forward to future visits.

We were welcomed warmly by Doreen. She oriented us and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a very easy walk to the theaters. A special thank you to Doreen who went above and beyond when we had a personal problem .

Firstly we were greeted and given a 5* welcome upon arrival. Everything about our stay was excellent including our room, the service, the breakfast and location which was very private and yet only a 2-3 block walk to the main street. An added bonus was the non alcoholic drinks available as well as a sitting and sunroom.
