He put the undercoat all over my truck underneath, including the spare tire, hoses that are now deteriorating because of the chemicals, handprints all over my blue truck with oil, and told me a lie and said that he did the descaling when we get underneath that he did not do the descaling. He acted like he did me a favor of saving me $300 which he tried charging me for descaling, which didn’t need to be done as I get the undercoat done every year. I was trying someone new now I wish I never had. He’s destroyed my truck!!!!

Staff is friendly & helpful and the experience was great. There is a comfortable living-room like waiting with complementary coffee or a conference room where you can get some work done while you wait. Service takes about 45-60 minutes and protects your vehicle's underside from our NE winters.

Solid service, product, and information. My first time coming here in 2025 I knew nothing about undercoats or how they work, and the amount of info on the website definitely helped me make a solid decision. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and gets the job done, and the whole process was easy as pie. The undercoating is awesome as well, and has definitely stopped the spread of rust on my Corolla. Highly recommended!

Had my car undercoated. Took about an hour. I’ve had a few vehicles done here and even after years it stays on and protects from rusting. I would recommend getting it done.

Undercoating looks like it was applied with a fire hose. covered everything including brake calipers, over spray on discs, suspension, axles, etc. several small areas of sheet metal were missed. Have used NH oil several times on several vehicles but this is the first time the application is a mess. Brakes are now beginning to work normally again. Note they charged ten dollar fee for using a credit card. Two days later. Went back, met with Joey and they cleaned the calipers, the rotors and pads. I can live with the rest of the excess. Suggest reviewing where you may not want undercoating prior to the application.
