Excellent service from beginning to end. Very professional.. Phil answered all my questions. He had the new system up and running faster than I got the old one down. He also informed me that the rollers were shot on my door. He replaced them. What a difference!! It’s like a brand new door!! Neumann High Country has always had a great reputation. We’ve been here 30 + years, this is the 2nd time we’ve needed them. Thank you for fantastic customer service., Phil!
The installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable. During the final phase of the install the crew and I heard something hit the floor but could not find what had fallen. The crew discovered that the house address tiles had fallen and broken. They brought that to my attention and I told they had fall and broke the week before when I was installing a piece of trim board and not to worry. After they had me inspect the install and asked if I had any question. Shortly after they left the doorbell rang and it was the installers bringing us a new set of house numbers. Very impressed with Heumann High Country Doors!
We told the crew to return the numbers as my wife was already selecting replacement tiles from when I broke them!
Great service and very helpful with repairs and future work.

Once again, thank you Neumann High County Garage Doors, for a wonderful job done. David and Tyler were pleasant on my property. Light bulb appreciated. You will be back to replace a couple door panels. I would not have noticed they were damaged, thank you.

Fast service, on time, and Josiah and Daniel were great. They didn’t give up when the door was working properly, and they figured out and fixed the issue. Highly recommend Neumann High Country Doors!

I thought I was just getting a backup battery change, but then he went ahead and tuned up and lubed the garage door as well, which was a very pleasant surprise. David Nelson was very friendly as well.
