I needed some garage door maintenance and a new key pad for outside the garage. The representative Philip was professional, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with Neumann Doors and I would recommend them .

David did a great job getting our garage door working perfectly again. David spent a lot of time making sure everything worked perfectly. David was quite knowledgeable and very polite. I will call them annually for at least a tuneup.

David Nelson came out and performed a garage-door tune-up for us. We also had him replace the bottom weather seal and the seal for the top and sides of the door. David did an excellent job on our door. The weather seals look great and the door opens and closes so smoothly now!

September 16th 2024. Phil Serrano was excellent all round. Arrived exactly at 11am and serviced our 3 garage doors. Friendly personality and easy to get on with. Will ask for him next year for our annual service. July 1st 2026. Phil Serrano back and serviced all 3 garage doors. On time and delightful personality - easy to talk to and ask questions. Jordan is also excellent in the office. Will keep using these guys as they take care of our needs.
