Had a wonderful experience from the reception desk, x-rays, check-up and cleaning. The only reason for the lower rating is on the billing aspect. I was seen in September and after repeated emails, letters and text messages of an unpaid bill and multiple attempts on my behalf to verify they had the proper insurance information I decided to contact my insurance company directly. Once the insurance company contacted J&J Dental directly they were notified that they hadn't filed a claim yet.
As a Veteran at a higher age I can't believe this clinic would go thru such lengths to get me to pay for the bill directly when prior to care I verified they approved my insurance carrier.
For this only reason I won't be able to return to this facility and it's a shame since the remaining staff was amazing.

Everybody is so friendly! I had the pleasure to work with Dr Nguyen and Katie. They are both so nice and were so gentle when it came to the cleaning. They are also so knowledgeable and gave great tips for home care. The ladies at the front desk are also so nice! 10/10 will defintely recommend to family and friends

The Dental Staff was phenomenal. Katie was detailed and communicates all that was going on. Kirsten is sweet ...Dr Nguyen bedside manner is awesome...He communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable...Marietta Dentist is the place to be if you are having any dental issues!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist! The entire staff including the Dr are very friendly and beyond helpful.
