I had a very disappointing experience with Next Ten Pet Solutions.
I called in the morning and was given a quote of $179 to remove a dead baby raccoon, plus $100 for each additional animal. I was also told they had a technician available the same day and that I would receive a service agreement shortly.
After waiting over 3 hours with no email, I called back and spoke with a different representative who gave me a completely different quote. I asked them to honor the original price, but she couldn’t and said the first rep would call me back.
Eventually, I received a service agreement, but the pricing did not match what I was originally quoted. I signed it anyway, expecting the issue to be resolved. Shortly after, I received another call informing me that no technicians were actually available that day—despite being told earlier that same-day service was guaranteed.
By late afternoon, the first representative called to apologize for the confusion and admitted there had been a misquote, but then tried to upsell me based on the higher price in the service agreement.
Overall, this company wasted my entire day, failed to follow through on their promise of same-day service, and did not honor the original quote. Very frustrating experience and poor communication throughout.
