Shayan did not call me at all during the process. When I asked if we could speak over the phone instead of texting, I was told communication would be by text only. After 8 days of calling and texting with no response, I was finally told that I was not qualified. However, I was approved by another finance company within just 6 hours. Customer service needs improvement. At the very least, customers deserve a phone call and timely communication.

We all know that as a small business owner, getting financing from a bank is impossible (even if you’ve been in business for 20 years). Predatory merchant loans can be overwhelming but I was lucky to work with Shayan who was both informative and empathetic to my situation. He made miracles happen for me and walked me through how to pay back quicker to save interest and get a tax credit. Very happy with the service!
