Excellent service, and good value too. Recommended to me for the microcement finish that we are using. Gordon was my contact, very responsive and helpful. Execution of work was to plan, and they also saved me time too by taping my airtightness membrane to their membrane, much appreciated. Our screed is deeper than normal at about 85mm average depth, also to maximise thermal mass we have a clip rail system necessitating mechanical fixing to the concrete slab, which made installation trickier and more time consuming vs using an insulation layer but they did an excellent job of securing the pipes. Our house is bit unusual, about passive house standard, and an upside down open plan layout, requiring a completely open loop UFH arrangement and a bias to heating open the ground floor open plan areas which are essentially the radiator for the upper floor Everything taken in their stride.

We were looking to install underfloor heating so went to the 2025 Home Show at the SSEC in Glasgow. We had done a bit of research beforehand but actively sought out specialists at the show. This is how we came across Next Level, a Perth based firm who carry out installations throughout Scotland. We spent some time with the guys as they explained what they did and how they did it. We were impressed by the guys as they are the people who actually install the system and clearly knew what they were talking about. Our project was delayed with local authority issues and we enlisted a good local builder - he also did his research which led to Next Level - how glad and lucky we were! The guys came in and were very professional in their approach and the care they took. Everything was spot on and when it came to our kitchen being installed the fitters were amazed at the quality and level accuracy of the floor. Next Level are very knowledgeable and if you’re in the market for under floor heating I would strongly recommend giving them a call and discussing your needs, they’re friendly, not pushy and stand by the quality of their work which they take real pride in.

You won’t have any issues if you use these boys for your UFH requirements, professional and no nonsense from the first call absolutely first rate quality workmanship and always on hand to answer any questions. Building my house I had many issues to deal with but UFH heating was not one of them. Trust these boys they know there stuff.
