I've been a member for 20+ years. I've never had an issue with United Texas Credit Union. They are always front and center in the few rare times I did need help, on line or in person. I recently broke my debit card in half. The next day I was making a deposit in the drive through so I asked what I needed to do to get another card? They showed me a photo with several card designs and asked me which one I wanted? Five minutes later I had a new card in my hand and there was no charge. I have family members who are with another Hill Country bank and they get hacked every other year. Mom's account has been hacked 3 times in the last 6 years. I'm always hearing them complain that their account was hacked, AGAIN!
United Texas Credit Union has spoiled me because I don't know what it's like to have issues where I bank! I'm here for life!
