Next Level is fantastic! They’ve worked on my car twice now and I’ve been very happy with their service. The staff is so kind, understanding, and willing to work with you and explain things. I actually stopped in this morning without an appointment because my car was making an awful noise, and they got me in and out in less than an hour with an easy fix. Highly recommend!

As a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles, I always have an unsettling feeling when it comes to anything that has to do with a car. Right of the back I felt comfortable, Garrett listened to my concerns, took his time and explained to me the next steps, answered my questions (even if they sounded odd to me), and was patient throughout the whole process. They informed me of a safety concern with one of my tires which they were sure to express to me the severity of the condition of my tire. Their prices are fair and affordable. Customer service is awesome and the facility is nice and clean. I will definitely be returning.

I found them on Google and needed a tow as well. It the most professional and friendly service I've had in a long time. They solved my electrical problem without problems and warranty the work for 3yrs. Even the towing company was willing to accommodate. I can't say enough, I will definitely go back and send others there as well. Found a gem!

As parents living a few states away from their son. Car issues are stressful. Kyle and Garrett really put our minds at ease about his car and the necessary repairs to get it back in shape. I was referred to next level auto repair shop by a close friend of mine who had talked up so good about the Great customer service and Reasonable prices for her car repairs. I made an appointment. I received great customer service from Kyle and from the other workers. My vehicle was service and returned back to me. I had a loaner and I appreciate being referred to next level repair shop. Out of towner SAVED by Next Level!!!! From Wautoma, in Germantown my radiator went. They were able to get that repaired, give me a full comprehensive report and also fix front bearing that was bad. Great job and thank god a because of them my 10 day camping trip is not being cancelled!!!! Would recommend to my family and friends...

We took my sons Dodge to the dealership because it kept smoking really bad and it appeared to be coming from the engine. They kept it for three weeks and even transferred it to another shop. No one could figure out what was wrong with it. They called my son and said they tried everything and they found nothing wrong. A day after they gave it back to my son, it was smoking all over again.
We took it to Next Level and they checked everything and worked diligently until they found the problem and then they fixed it and the cost was reasonable. The whole experience was just amazing. They kept in touch with me every step of the way! Thank you so much for everyone involved! This was a five star experience!

If youre looking for a place that offers great customer service and honest answers, this is the place to go. They explained everything that needed to be done before going through with anything. They give you the choice to choose which options work best for you. And their free car loaning service is such a plus! They were so patient with me when I kept calling and asking questions. Plus, they also leave you a lil thank you snack in your car when you pick it up which I have never experienced before with another auto shop.
