Very helpful, comprehensive explanation of process and meanings in relation to our personal situation. Very friendly and always on hand to assist. I feel so much more at ease now knowing my kids will not have to fight for what’s rightfully theirs should we pass, equally if I was to loose my marbles, my husband has PoA (power of attorney) and visa versa so we can continue to pay the bills as usual without any added pressures.
