When I called the rep came the next day and the chair lift was installed two days later. No hard sell, no sign now and we’ll give you 10% off. Asked for down payment via email. Worker and electrician arrived at 9 and I was cruising by 11:30. Great company.

TJ did a great job installing my dad’s stairlift. Working with Next Day Access was easy. We got a quote on Monday, committed on Wednesday, and it was installed by lunchtime on Thursday. Very happy with the service level and response time.

Field tech’s Moses and Jason were very helpful in resolving my mobility scooter lift issue. The lift ordered was not compatible with my vehicle but they were instrumental in getting me a temporary resolution until the correct equipment arrives. I appreciate their help and hope they are recognized for quality customer service.

Needed sturdy grab bars installed before bringing mom home from the hospital. They came when promised. Moses was super professional and did a super professional job! You can't tell that he was ever there except for the shiny new grab bars.
