I’m writing on behalf of my mate Shane who suffered a stroke and is unable to type. If he could he’d tell you the NexGen mattress that Andrew and the team built for him is awesome. Due to his stroke he spends a lot of time in bed and - prior to NexGen - a lot of time with back pain, poor sleep and general discomfort. That’s all changed now obviously for the better. Great sleep, back pain gone, and as Shane says “It’s as comfortable as if I was sleeping on a cloud.” Shane then had Andrew make a wheelchair cushion and it’s great too - makes the chair a lot more comfortable and lets him spend much more time in it. Shane says he would recommend NexGen mattresses to anybody with complaints about comfort or sleep. Andrew and the team really understand and care about mattresses, cushions etc for anybody with disability or elderly people. Great job fellas!

"I would highly recommend buying one of these! I’ve had mine for over six months now and it is fantastic. I haven't had a bad night's sleep yet, I also dont feel my partner get in or out of the bed during the night ,nor does he feel when i do. My bones don't ache like they used to with my old mattress. The turnaround time was very quick, and the service was excellent free local delivery, they even took my old mattress to the tip for me since I wasn't keeping it. I also love the bonus mattress protector; the way the zips go all the way around the mattress makes it so easy to use. Great experience all around!

I cannot recommend Nexgen Mattresses highly enough. Their compassion and dedication went far beyond anything we expected. I contacted them at 1pm on a Friday needing a custom mattress for an elderly gentleman battling cancer. Without hesitation, they prioritised the job, handcrafted the mattress the same day, and personally delivered it to his home in Oberon after hours that night. What truly sets them apart is their genuine care- they didn’t just drop it off and move on. They removed the old mattress for him and even returned the very next day to check in and make sure he was completely comfortable and happy. In a time that was incredibly stressful and emotional, their kindness, urgency, and professionalism made a world of difference. This is what exceptional service looks like- not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them with heart. Thank you, Nexgen Mattresses. You made a difficult situation so much easier.

I’ve had my Cloud 9 mattress for about a year and a half now and absolutely love it. It’s super comfortable and has helped heaps with my back pain. I don’t get it anymore like I did with other mattresses. Wish I got it sooner! I also love that it’s locally made in Bathurst, and I even got to see the process firsthand, which was really cool. Andrew and the team were great, took the time to explain everything and even offered free delivery when other stores wouldn’t help or wanted to charge extra. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Amazing mattress. I was sceptical at first, but after trying it in-store, I completely changed my mind. I used to have constant lower back and hip pain and never realised my old mattress was the cause. After switching to this one, the difference was huge — four months later, I’m pain-free.

Highly recommend these mattresses. Purchased our first mattress for the caravan in March and have done a 3 week trip and 7 week trip and have just gone back and purchased the same mattress for home. Haven’t had a better night sleep on any other mattress.
