This is the best shop I have found yet. Mike is incredibly professional and transparent. I like that they showed me the broken parts and explained exactly what happened before I paid. Also a very clean shop. I have a Lexus LX and they take great care of her. Very fair pricing especially considering the level of service.
Everyone was very kind, Mike was very thorough in explaining everything to me, from what’s wrong with my car to options to fix it and what the fix will consist of! I highly recommend NexGen!

Very good service from competent personnel. Knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative staff. Used for the first time, but seemingly reliable and effective - they put their heads together to identify the cause of an electrical matter.

We recently brought our 2016 Chevy Traverse in for a check engine light, and a comprehensive diagnostic test was performed on the vehicle. I was quite concerned about the potential findings and the financial implications for my family. They provided us with a very detailed report on the vehicle's condition, followed by a phone call to discuss everything thoroughly. Mike did not pressure us into having every issue addressed, but rather offered recommendations on what was essential and what could be addressed gradually over time. Ultimately, given our upcoming travel plans, we made the difficult decision to have most of the issues repaired. They kindly provided us with a loaner vehicle that suited our family's needs and kept us informed about the car's progress and estimated completion date. In today's economy, expenses are considerable, and despite the cost, which would understandably feel substantial to anyone, our vehicle is now safe, and we feel confident taking our family on trips. We look forward to continuing our business with Mike and his team in the future.

Mike told me he's in the business to make money after I asked to supply the parts and just pay for labor. Then I asked if he could leave my key in my car to tow since NextGen was closing soon and I wouldn't be able to make it by 5p. He said no. Then referenced the dealership i got the vehicle from that he spoke to who he coincidentally corroborated. My initial issue was a few hundred dollar job, but both NextGen and Dahl quoted high thousand dollar jobs. I believe they sabotaged by engine to get money out of me when my issue was the starter.
Mike called me minutes after I posted my review offering to leave my keys in the car and saying how he doesn't believe he deserved the 1 star review. I explained it's very off putting for someone to mention their priority of making profits to people needing a major service from them. He then emphasized parts integrity and tried to change the narrative into me not wanting his business to be successful which isn't the case. He mentioned our conversations are recorded and transcribed but couldn't remember or pull transcripts of the many conversations prior to today. It gives the impression of ill intent.
$9k to replace engine and spark plugs on 2016 Chevy equinox i was quoted
A car wash broke my rear windshield wiper. They were going to replace it, but had the wrong part. I drove over to NexGen. They got the right part for me in 15 minutes and fixed the wiper in seconds. Wonderful people, great experience.

My experience has been great with new gen auto. I was impressed that they remembered my 1st name. Got me in couple days. Gave me details of what I need to get done first after taking care of the problem at hand. Great service. I will go back in a heartbeat. I had my emissions test done at nexGen, I was so impressed with the efficiency and how polite Dax was during my appointment. I will.never go to sheboygan Chevy to have my emissions tested ever again.
