In the history of servicing my Honda Oddessy, this is the first time I have understood in detail, what was wrong with the vehicle and what was fixed. The vehicle drives incredibly smooth quieter and so much better than before. I could definitely tell by the very way the car drove after NexGen serviced it, that good things had been done to it and all the issues we were having before the repairs were really resolved afterwards. More than this, NexGen was very transparent and honest. They showed me pictures of before and after and even showed me the parts they replaced. I am so grateful for finding them and for the excellent work they do. Thank you very much to all the team members at NexGen. I am above all, impressed by their quality standards and integrity.

First time ive used NexGen Auto for any kind or work on my truck but I will definitely be going back in the future. They truly care about there customers and not just putting extra money in the bank like most shops. Everyone i worked with was extremely professional and the work that was completed was done in a timely manner with no issues. I would highly recommend them.

My car had a ton of things wrong with it. The wheel was about ready to fall off, and my previous repair shop did not do a great job on the steering column. NexGen did an excellent job on fixing everything that needed to be done, and made recommendations for things we could do on our own to cut the costs down a bit. The price of repairs was expensive, but WELL worth the money to know that my car finally was checked out thoroughly and fixed so I can have a safer vehicle. You really get what you pay for. I was very impressed by their skill, professionalism, and willingness to work with us and answer questions. They are very nice as well, so I was happy to work with them. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you for all the work you put into my car!

Dax & the guys were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to us in detail. They even showed us the parts that were replaced on the exhaust flex pipe and cabin air filter. We also got a new battery.

Fantastic customer service from NextGen Automotive. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle finding issues with it and also performing the maintenance I requested on it. Just be aware that they can be a bit expensive, but the reason for that is because they only use top quality parts so you know you're getting your money's worth for the work being done on your vehicle.

I go to NexGen for my emissions. They always fill my tires without hesitation. During a visit I asked about my tire life to which they measured and assessed. They gave good feedback, not pushing to replace but gave me reasonable quotes when I asked. Long story short I ended up getting a full assessment of my car issues, as some seemed odd and others just annoying or esthetic. The time they spent on this was remarkable. They thoroughly went through each finding with care and simple explanations. In the end I opted to not get repairs for personal reasons but I still leave with a positive experience! I will definitely return for any and all work to NexGen. These guys are so great and I ABSOLUTELY recommend them.
I have had hard a find time finding a reliable car shop that does not charge an absurd amount or convince you to buy unnecessary stuff. With that being said NextGen will be my next go to!
Having everything texted to me in a report was super convenient! Mike took the time to explain what I was paying for and why it was or wasn’t necessary. They were honest and helped me make the best decisions for my car.
They got me in quick and did a good job with the expected service. Got some good details from them on the services they provide.

While following my most recent service on 2025.11.03 is the first time that I have left a review, it is one of many times that I have had a vehicle serviced with NexGen, and I will be a life-long customer. After taking my Honda CR-V to the dealership 3 times in 18 months with no identification of my car’s problem, I brought it to NexGen. I have never received such excellent service. My problem was accurately diagnosed and repaired (a cracked turbo which was leaking oil into the exhaust and CC). In addition to solving this problem, they gave the vehicle a complete inspection and repaired/replaced other parts that should have been done by the dealership at the 100,000 mile appointment. When I picked up my car, they showed me the parts they replaced and why they were replaced. In addition, they had bottles of my dirty transmission and brake fluids and fresh fluid for a comparison. Very effective and informative. Throughout the process Mike kept me informed of what was going on and what my options were. I am a NexGen customer for life. I cannot give them a higher recommendation!
