David was very patient while assisting me with my Webex app. I reported earlier that outgoing calls to landlines were restricted, and whenever I attempted to call one, the system stated the number was unavailable. He utilized TeamViewer to provide remote assistance. The call went through this time after we tried two different landline numbers. He informed me that the issue I experienced while attempting to call earlier was likely caused by the recipient. He advised that if the issue recurs, I should note the time and reference number, then contact their support team by phone.
