Terrible company Have had solar for about 2years through nexa, for the promised KWS we were meant to get at a minimum has never been reached. Our power bills are higher than ever!! Apparently $3k to $3.5k - have contacted me a multiple times to try and get this fixed and rectified, they lied when they said a technician had come and had a look (we have cameras and no one came) after solar rebate were still paying more on power than what we did pre-solar. We have 20kw system and 3 inverters and out bill is still $1500 to $2000 left to pay. Never have we ever had bills this high. Would be nice if they could get an electrician to find out what the hell has been wired wrong without paying for it ourselves, Because something is not right. We also referred two people and never received a cent for it as promised $350 per referral in exchange for signage to be put up. Paul who came for the original meeting is terrible and was so pushy to get us to sign, I’m about ready to take this further.

Very poor service Nexa Solar Tamworth If I could select no stars that would have been my preference, but the system forced me to select one star. We have had very poor service from Nexa Solar Tamworth. The experience started well with a quote and initial installation date. No one informed us we had to have extra tiles available for installation. The first crew came, saw there were no tiles and left saying they will contact the office to give feedback and someone will contact us regarding this. No one phoned. After a week we rang them, left messages and finally someone contacted us and said they will source some tiles. Again a few days went by, we heard nothing. We phoned again, eventually they said they sourced tiles and installation will take place. The second crew came, when they arrived asked if we have spare tiles??? We said no, we thought you were bringing the tiles? They left again, saying they will contact the office and give feedback. No contact again for a few days. We rang them, complaining about lack of communication between the crew and the office as obviously the crew never got told about the tiles that were sourced. After many phone calls, a new manager stated he will take over the job and will organise everything. We were hopeful that thins would be sorted. The third crew arrived, got on the roof and then explained that with the type of tile they will break too many tiles and they cannot do the job. If someone had just explained that from the start all this could have been avoided. The crew left saying they will update the office. No one phoned us again to finalise what the situation was. We again tried to phone the manager who stated he would handle everything, left voice messages, text messages, phoned the head office leaving messages, promised were made that other manages would phone - nothing... I can honestly say I have never seen such poor service and communication with any company we have ever dealt with. We were willing to look at other options, perhaps sourcing more tiles etc to make this work, but with no one EVER phoning us back how can we? We also found tiles that had been lifted and never put back in place by the third crew, if we did not check, this could have cause a lot of water damage if it rainbed. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Nexa Solar made the process of getting solar installed easy and everything was explained clearly by Paul who came to see us initially. Lauren from Office was great with organising the install and the Crew fitting the solar system on the day were great and helpful when a few things had to be reorganised. Hey Kevin, Thank you for your feedback - We understand your frustrations with regards to the wifi. This does not however affect your production, is not a usual issue at all and the replacement dongle sent from Goodwe has been received. The total that you are referring to is not accurate - as you are not including the STC discount given to you, which for you in OLD BEACH is around $3500 - However the cost can be a little higher for those clients who need to finance their systems. If you are able to pay outright, it is a lot better - but we understand not everyone has the funds available - and so it is borrowed from a vendor - and they have fees for borrowing the money you do not have access to - which it seems like you have done. I will organise your assesor to get in touch to run the numbers with you, as it seems you may not be 100% clear. It only took them 4.5 hours to complete the job which looked awesome, I'm happy to recommend Nexa Solar to anybody that is thinking to install solar. We had a sales rep come to our home. Was very pushy and made us feel like we had to sign right then and there. We got quotes from other solar retailers for the exact same products offered and saved a substantial amount! They also offer discounts for good Google reviews! Make sure you do your research before going through this company!

Wifi system has failed twice now, installer tells us that it is an ongoing issue that they are having trouble with, unable to monitor system, poor considering it is a $17000 8.5 kw system and still paying our power provider for power account every day, do your homework first this system does not pay off, would not recommend to anyone.
