Very poor service Nexa Solar Tamworth
If I could select no stars that would have been my preference, but the system forced me to select one star. We have had very poor service from Nexa Solar Tamworth. The experience started well with a quote and initial installation date. No one informed us we had to have extra tiles available for installation. The first crew came, saw there were no tiles and left saying they will contact the office to give feedback and someone will contact us regarding this. No one phoned. After a week we rang them, left messages and finally someone contacted us and said they will source some tiles. Again a few days went by, we heard nothing. We phoned again, eventually they said they sourced tiles and installation will take place. The second crew came, when they arrived asked if we have spare tiles??? We said no, we thought you were bringing the tiles? They left again, saying they will contact the office and give feedback. No contact again for a few days. We rang them, complaining about lack of communication between the crew and the office as obviously the crew never got told about the tiles that were sourced. After many phone calls, a new manager stated he will take over the job and will organise everything. We were hopeful that thins would be sorted. The third crew arrived, got on the roof and then explained that with the type of tile they will break too many tiles and they cannot do the job. If someone had just explained that from the start all this could have been avoided. The crew left saying they will update the office. No one phoned us again to finalise what the situation was. We again tried to phone the manager who stated he would handle everything, left voice messages, text messages, phoned the head office leaving messages, promised were made that other manages would phone - nothing... I can honestly say I have never seen such poor service and communication with any company we have ever dealt with. We were willing to look at other options, perhaps sourcing more tiles etc to make this work, but with no one EVER phoning us back how can we? We also found tiles that had been lifted and never put back in place by the third crew, if we did not check, this could have cause a lot of water damage if it rainbed. Extremely disappointed in this company.
