Receptionist are rude. You inform them ur stepping out and they give you the “and….” Face but talk to you like your a prob when you return back in the office. Ur appt will be 2.5 hrs… but only 10 mins is how much time a doc is giving you. Your wait game is INSANE here !! Visit NYC see Dr. L. I was in quicker there than this location out of 5 years.
New customers ?- ur seen instantly but never again will you get that quick service
I have a 2 level fusion in my lumbar spine, I think the doctors are great, even the staff at the office are great….Dr giangrasso has given me multiple epidural shots that have helped….Dr Mikelis is as real as they come…And Dr Shaw and Lattuga who did my surgery are always been cool to me I can’t speak of anyone else’s experiences but I have nothing bad to say about them….I just randomly read some reviews and I was taken back by the experiences people have had…a person hurt and angry is way more likely to leave a bad review than a happy person who had a good experience….im sure theres been plenty of 5 star experiences that people just wont write about
The receptionist was very rude. They gave me a 1:00 appointment. The receptionist walks in from the hallway outside at 12:55 looks at us and her watch and says ( I have to take a break. I'll be at 1:05 and left.) The proper way to handle the situation would have been to say ( Good afternoon. I'll be with you shortly. WITH A SMILE AND NOT A FROWN. She also accused me of lying why I was there. DON'T WANT TO GO BACK
I had 4 appointments to get a Ablasion done with their scam pain specialist Giangrasso its almost september still no procedure. IF YOUR IN PAIN DONT COME HERE THESE PEOPLE DONT DO ANYTHING BUT LIE ! THE FRONT STAFF IS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST NOT NICE PEOPLE! WHEN YOUR IN PAIN YOU WANT PEOPLE AROUND THT CAN HELP U GET OUT OF PAIN! NEW YORK SPINE SPECIALIST HERE AND ON MONTAGUE ST IN BROOKLYN WILL NOT I REPEAT NOT HELP YOU! It is plenty other people to go to and when u do go to a different place tell them Dr Lattuga name or Giangrasso and watch how they laugh at you! They are the laughing stock of the orthopedic surgery world

Dr. Tripathy has alot of empathy for his patients, I am extremely comfortable with the level of service he provides,he listens and genuinely cares about my needs.I am so grateful.

Absolute scam. Asked my wife questions about her health and medication. Said they could help her. Made her pay $325. Then the doctor says: we can't help you, you take this medication. They refuse to refund. Avoid at all costs.
