Excellent service from NY Mold Specialist! We had a complicated issue with the co-op apartment and Tal was especially helpful in working through the issues and coming up with a plan. The entire team, especially Tal and Carmelo, were very professional, very technically savvy, and super responsive. They identified the problem, fixed it very thoroughly, sending many progress pictures and updates (we had to vacate the property and were not present to monitor the work). They also provided excellent followup documentation. Their customer service and attention to detail was superb, we would give them 50 stars if we could! We spoke to 2 other companies and Tal was by far the most responsive and professional. Thank you again to the entire team, not only are you great at what you do, you are very kind! We’re very gratefull to you for giving us back our home.

Tal was great, explained everything and did a thorough inspection. Very easy to schedule the appt with convenient availability. Detailed report sent within 2 days, followed by a phone call with verbal explanation. Researched multiple companies, this was the best quote and excellent service.

Pat from New York Mold Specialist , did a wonderful job over and above the expectations, in a reasonable rate for a mold issue from pipe burst. I did get quotations from 5 different businesses. He was the most reasonable and it mattered, as I had to pay out of pocket. I will definitely recommend New York Mold Specialist service.

Had a really good experience with New York Mold Specialist in Brooklyn. We had a mold issue and weren’t sure how serious it was, but Tal came out and helped us figure everything out. He explained what was going on in simple terms and didn’t try to scare us or upsell anything. The work was done quickly and the place was left clean after. Tal was easy to reach and kept us updated the whole time. If you’re dealing with mold and want someone honest and straightforward, I’d definitely recommend New York Mold Specialist and ask for Tal.

Glad I found tal on Google. I needed him to come in asap because my tenant was complaining of a mold issue. He is super professional, knowledgeable and responds quickly… and most of all, honest! You can tell he truly cares about what he is doing instead of doing a haphazard job to get your money.
