I can’t recommend New York Mold Specialist enough after using them for a mold assessment in my Brooklyn apartment. From the very first call, the team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced in handling serious habitability issues.
Our technician, Tal, was outstanding from start to finish. He walked us through every step of the inspection process, explained what he was testing and why, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. His communication was clear and honest, and he was upfront about what he found and what our next steps should be.
What stood out most was how efficiently the whole process moved. Tal arrived on time, worked methodically, and had results and documentation to us quickly, which mattered a lot given the urgency of our situation. But efficiency never came at the cost of care. He was kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to understand how stressful dealing with mold in your home can be.

Thorough, efficient, and professional. Tal from NY Mold was a delight to work with. From start to finish our concerns were addressed and action was taken. We were inspected on a Sunday and had results on Wednesday. They even spoke to us on the phone to go over the specifics of the results and recommendations for what we could do to repair. Absolutely the best service , as a landlord my husband , called an another company , which I will not name , very dishonest and didn’t give us a good feeling , so by chance happen to come across ny mold specialist company due to great reviews . Truly amazing service and work , straight to the issue and how to remediate. What would have been nightmare Taj came up solution which resolved the matter.
